(01) About the project

The brief

A small hotel for guests who want to slow down. No lobby, no spa menu. Just good rooms, a garden and a long table.

Our approach

The rooms sit in low pavilions that follow the line of the dunes. Rammed earth walls use sand from the site, and every bathroom opens onto a private courtyard planted with pine and rosemary.

We designed the beds, reading lamps and ceramic basins with makers from the region.
